It is important to us that you are 100% happy with every purchase! For this reason, an exchange or store voucher is available for change of mind or incorrect sizing, within 14 days of your receipt of purchase.
We kindly ask that any item you wish to return is in its original condition, unworn and tags MUST be attached. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item you have purchased online please follow the following steps:
Please note returns will only be accepted if accompanied by a store issued returns code.
We note that you should:
(a) package your item(s) appropriately to ensure they will not be damaged in transit (any damage during transit will be your responsibility as we are unable to accept returns for items that arrive damaged); and
(b) use a tracked service with insurance, as we are unable to accept liability for return parcels not received by us.
Once we receive your return we will process it within 5 business days.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s).
We can assure you that we triple-check all items before sending them out to you. However, if you do receive a faulty product, please contact email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
